CLAC Media Briefing

CLAC (Convergence of anti-capitalist struggles) invites members of the press to a briefing by Patrick Cadorette, the last CLAC organizer facing conspiracy charges related to the G20 protests in Toronto, and a member of the legal support committee.

Mr. Cadorette will provide an overview of the latest developments in the legal circus which has ensnared 17 people on conspiracy charges for a year and a half. This week in Toronto, a significant opening of events will reveal the extent to which political, juridical and policing authorities have been implicated in the criminalization of dissent, despite the heavy cost.
